Experience: One semester before college graduation, I went to Renqiu, China to teach for two years. I came back to the USA and graduated with a B.A. from Martin Luther College in 2005. Upon graduation, I taught in Hong Kong for six months and in Shijiazhuang, China for one year. I have been blessed to serve as the 3rd and 4th grade teacher at Resurrection Lutheran School since 2007. |
I was also called to join the Christ Our Rock family and serve on the Preschool Committee. I enjoy teaching the 5th and 6th grade Bible History and Catechism classes and assisting with Christmas for Kids, Easter for Kids, and Vacation Bible School.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and baking, shopping, listening to music, watching football, basketball, and playing softball. I also enjoy studying Chinese and traveling. I hope to someday make it to Australia, India, and parts of Europe. I am also blessed to spend time with my family, who live in the St. Paul, MN area.
