Before receiving a call to serve one of our WELS schools, all of our teachers are well trained in both the religious and academic aspects of teaching with their Bachelor of Science degrees at one of our colleges. Several of our staff members have gone on to earn their Master's degree in education. Like all of us, our teachers come from all walks of life and have a variety of hobbies and interests.
